How can I get a quotation for gaseous fire suppression systems?

Simply provide basic parameters of the protected area, including area, height, type and quantity of protected equipment. Our engineering team will deliver a complete proposal within 24 hours, including equipment list, system design scheme and detailed quotation. For large-scale projects, we can arrange technicians to conduct on-site surveys and demand assessment.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Can I purchase samples first?

We support flexible order volumes. There is no strict MOQ for standard products, and single sets of samples are available for testing and verification. For customized products, OEM and ODM orders, the MOQ will be negotiated based on specific product specifications, mold requirements and process complexity.

What international certifications do your products hold?

Our products are certified by internationally recognized authorities including UL, FM, CE, ISO and CCC. They are manufactured in strict compliance with global and national standards such as NFPA 2001, ISO 14520 and GB 25972. For overseas projects, we can dispatch engineering teams to provide on-site support, or supply detailed English installation manuals and remote video technical guidance.

How long does it take from design to delivery for customized solutions?

The lead time for standard products is normally 15 to 30 working days. For customized engineering solutions, the whole cycle from demand confirmation, system design and equipment production to logistics delivery is about 30 to 60 working days, depending on project scale, customization level and system complexity. Rush orders can be prioritized for production upon coordination.

How will international logistics be arranged? How to guarantee safe delivery of equipment?

We offer multiple transportation options including sea freight, air freight, railway and international express, matched flexibly according to cargo volume and time requirements. All gaseous fire suppression equipment is packed with professional shockproof and moisture-proof materials; valves are fitted with protective covers and electrical control devices are vacuum-sealed to prevent damage during long-distance transit. Full cargo insurance is provided, and logistics status can be tracked in real time until goods are signed for safely.
